Unwittingly established in July 2019 by Jackie, her husband John and brother Andrew. All 3 of us work in the creative industries and realized that somehow after decades of work we had never actually ever worked on anything together.
This had to change!
The seed was sown to work on a collaborative project, pooling all our skills, resources as well as challenging us to use new ones.
With a united love of folklore, stories and a connection to East Anglia where Jackie & John have lived for the past 16 years- Creative As Folk was formed to explore this culturally and historically rich area. Andrew, ever the contrarian – makes the group work just that little bit harder by being based in New Jersey.
